FEED PLANT COMPANY LTD is a newly established biofertilizer production company (2022), poised to transform agricultural practices in Rwanda.
FEED PLANT COMPANY LTD will capitalize on Rwanda's growing demand for organic fertilizers by producing high-quality liquid and solid biofertilizers from locally sourced cow dung, cow urine, and Plant extract. This venture aims to address critical agricultural needs, specifically soil acidity, while empowering local communities through job creation and sustainable practices.The company's 5-year strategic plan focuses on establishing a strong market presence in Rwanda, expanding into regional export markets, and diversifying its product portfolio to meet specific crop needs.
Key to our strategy is a commitment to environmentally sound production methods, ensuring the long-term health of Rwanda's agricultural sector.Year 1 will be pivotal, concentrating on securing funding, establishing operational infrastructure, and initiating production and sales. We project to produce 36,000 liters of liquid biofertilizer and 60,000 kg of solid biofertilizer in 1 Year, targeting organic farmers, vegetable and fruit producers, and agro-dealers.
